about

13 ambient, bluesesque, songs created with slide guitar and electronics during the month of February for participation in the 2016 RPM Challenge. This is the electronic release and allowed this making the RPMChallenge deadline of March 2nd. The RPMChallenge is an Internet event held every February to challenge musicians to awake from their winter doldrums and create and record a minimum of 10 songs or 35 minutes produced entirely within the month. This is my I believe 8th year to participate. There will be a few physical CD's made.

In recent years my music has become more improvisational and has involved other instruments, textures such as the oud, electric violin and voice. My new Bandcamp release/CD Hack is the first solo violin record for me. I put it together for this year's RPMChallenge. Tx for listening! ... more
